This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
IN-STORE PICKUP
In-store and curbside pickup is available for all purchases. Pickups are available Monday to Sunday, 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.
SHIPPING
We offer worldwide shipping.
Shipping Within India: We provide free shipping on all orders across the country. Please note that cash on delivery is not available.
International Shipping: We deliver to locations across the globe. For international orders, an additional shipping fee will apply based on the delivery address. You will receive the exact amount via email after your order is placed. Please note that cash on delivery is not available.
DELIVERY
At Queen’s Couture, we aim to deliver your garment within the specified time frame (6-8 weeks as noted on the product pages). However, please be aware that delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as delays with our courier partners due to weather conditions, political disruptions, or strikes. We will keep you informed throughout the process.
Please note that Queen’s Couture cannot be held responsible if we are unable to deliver one or more products within the specified time frame. Additionally, if you fail to accept the delivery, we may charge you for any additional shipping costs incurred.
TAXES AND DUTIES
For Indian Customers: All product prices displayed include applicable taxes and duties.
For International Customers: Most international orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. This means that the prices shown do not include import duties. As the recipient, you are responsible for any import duties, customs charges, and local sales taxes required by your country. These charges must be settled at the time of delivery to release your order from customs.
