RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY


At Queen’s Couture, we strive to provide you with a luxurious shopping experience. However, if you encounter any issues with your purchase, we’re here to assist you.


RETURNS


Please note that due to the bespoke nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom- made or off-the-rack pieces, except under the following exceptional circumstances:


1.Damaged or Defective Merchandise: If the item you received is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, you are eligible for a return. Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order by emailing us at info[at]queenscouture.in with clear images of the damaged areas.


2.Technical Issues with Customised Orders: In cases where there is an irreparable issue with the customised piece that deviates from your provided specifications (e.g., incorrect sizing, color mismatch, fabric issues), please contact us within 24 hours of receipt.


3.Order Delays: If there is an unexpected delay in your order, and we have not informed you, please reach out to us at info[at]queenscouture.in with your concerns.


Return Authorization

- Before returning any product, you must receive an acknowledgment and authorization from us. Unsolicited returns will not be accepted, and the customer will be responsible for retrieving the product.

- Upon receiving the item, we will inspect it and make a decision within 2-3 business days. The decision to accept a return or exchange is at the sole discretion of Queen’s Couture.


Conditions for Return

- The returned merchandise must be unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by the original packaging. Returns that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted.


EXCHANGES


Exchanges are only applicable if the item received is defective or damaged. To initiate an exchange, please email us at info[at]queenscouture.in within 24 hours of receiving your item.


ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY


Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. In case of cancellation, the full payment (100%) will be forfeited as a cancellation fee. Please note that we do not offer refunds.


REFUNDS (if applicable)


- Refunds are only applicable for orders where the item received is defective, and the return is approved.

- If approved, your refund will be processed as a credit note or applied to your original payment method (only when approved by Queen’s Couture in special circumstances )  within a certain number of days.

- If you do not receive your refund within the expected timeframe, please check with your bank or credit card company first. If the issue persists, contact us at info[at]queenscouture.in.


SHIPPING FOR RETURNS


- Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if a refund is granted, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

- For exchanges, all shipping costs related to size alterations or corrections will be borne by the customer.
